CRUSH IT! CAFÉ: PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN SHAKE

As the holiday season approaches, we at Core Nutritionals like to take every opportunity we can to celebrate and enjoy some holiday flavors. After we crush it in the gym, coming home and whipping up this pumpkin pie-flavored protein shake using our Cinnamon Roll Core PRO always hits the spot and keeps us in the holiday spirit—and making gainzzz!

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Cinnamon Roll Core PRO
  • 80g canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 cup (1%) milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 6-8 ice cubes

*Optional: Top with 1-2 servings fat free whip cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a small blender. Blend until smooth, then enjoy your pumpkin pie-flavored gainzzz!
