It's time for another Crush It Cafe recipe! If you found your way to this recipe, you probably love banana bread and maple pancakes. So do I!
That's why I created this recipe to solve the conundrum, nah, the classic paradox that's plague the best thinkers of our time. That is, the question of whether to eat banana bread or maple pancakes. Well, the Crush It Crew will never have to struggle with that debate again! Now you can have both at the same time, with a kick of protein to boot!

- 31g (1 scoop) maple pancake batter VEGAN
- 2 eggs
- 230g bananas
- 56g (1/2 c) coconut flour
- 64g (1/4 c) almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- stevia to taste
1. In a large bowl, combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
2. Pre-heat your oven to 350 F
3. Pour the batter into a loaf baking tin
4. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes before eating.
Serving size = 1 slice
