What’s up Crush It Crew?
Just when I think my Core Creami creations can’t get any better, we go and release a brand new Blondie flavor and my world is ROCKED!
When I first laid my hands on the Banana PB Moose Tracks Blondie, I immediately thought about how perfect it would be as a Creami mix in and topping. Dreams do come true! You can literally have your cake, ice cream and eat it too.
In my opinion, there isn’t much better than a banana and peanut butter combo. Add in that classic Moose Tracks ice cream flavor and it can’t be beat. The macros on this one are a little higher than some of our other Crush It Café treats, but think about it this way- you’re getting an entire pint of ice cream for less than 500 calories AND it packs 42 grams of protein! Feel free to split it in half, or enjoy the whole thing to yourself guilt free! I guarantee you'll never look at ice cream the same again.
TIP: Once I’ve added all of my ingredients, I fill the remainder of the Creami container with water up to the max fill line. This gives you a full pint of ice cream without adding any extra calories!
A quick run-down of the ingredients:
Core PRO: the whey/casein blend in PRO makes it the ideal protein choice for Creamis to get that perfect ice cream texture.
Banana PB Moose Tracks Blondie: as if this one needs any explanation!
Unsweetened almond milk: feel free to choose any milk you prefer. I like the consistency and macro profile of unsweetened almond or cashew milk.
Sugar free jello pudding mix: this is optional, but it definitely helps make your Creami thicker and adds flavor.
Banana PB Blondie Creami
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana PB Moose Tracks Blondie
- 33g Frosted Vanilla Cupcake PRO
- 6g sugar free banana cream jello pudding mix
- 240g unsweetened almond milk
- Dash of salt
- Stevia to taste
- Water (see instructions)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except water to your Creami container.
- Mix with an electric whisk or spoon until well combined.
- Add water up to the max fill line and mix again.
- Add lid and freeze a minimum of 8-10 hours.
- Once completely frozen, process in your Creami once on Lite Ice Cream then once on Respin.
- Cut your PB Banana Blondie into chunks, dig a hole in the middle of your creami and fill with half of your blondie pieces.
- Process one final time on Mix In.
- Top with remainder of blondie and dig in!
