These Official Rules govern the Core Nutritionals Polaris RZR Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), including optional Gleam actions, entries associated with eligible merchandise purchases, and a mail-in alternative that permits entry without a purchase or marketing subscription. All valid entries participate in one random drawing.

1. Sponsor. The sponsor is Core Nutritionals, LLC, located at 1415 Wilkesboro Hwy, Statesville, NC 28625 ("Sponsor"). Sweepstakes inquiries may be directed to cs@corenutritionals.com. Entrants should direct all questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes to Sponsor, not to any platform used to administer or promote it. 2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Residents of Florida and New York are not eligible. Void in Florida, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, outside the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Eligibility is subject to verification before a prize is awarded.

3. Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes begins November 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends November 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). Online actions and eligible purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible. Sponsor's designated electronic records control online entry times, subject to correction of documented errors. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked from November 1 through November 30, 2026, inclusive, and received by December 7, 2026. The drawing will occur on or after December 13, 2026, after all timely, eligible mail-in submissions have been processed.

4. Entry Methods and Common Limit. There is a maximum of 400 entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes across all methods combined ("Entry Limit"). Each valid entry has the same weight and chance of selection. Entrants may combine methods but may not exceed the Entry Limit. No minimum number of purchases, subscriptions, or completed actions is required. The full Entry Limit may also be reached by mail-in entry alone, at 10 entries per separately mailed request (see Section 5).

A. Email Signup. Visit the entry page, provide the requested entry information, and voluntarily complete the designated email subscription action in Gleam to receive one entry. Limit one entry for this action per person. Existing subscribers may complete the designated confirmation action without unsubscribing and resubscribing.

B. SMS Signup. Voluntarily complete the designated SMS subscription action and its separate consent process to receive one entry. Limit one entry for this action per person. Existing subscribers may complete the designated confirmation action. Providing a phone number for administration alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts. SMS subscription is not required to purchase, enter by mail, or win.

C. Instagram Follow. Complete the designated Gleam action to follow @corenutritionals on Instagram to receive one entry. Existing followers may confirm their follow through that action. Limit one entry for this action per person. Sponsor may verify completion; visiting a profile alone does not satisfy an action advertised as a follow.

D. Eligible Merchandise Purchases. Receive one entry for each complete $10 of eligible merchandise spending during the Promotion Period at corenutritionals.com. Eligible merchandise means products sold on corenutritionals.com; consumer purchases through Amazon, third-party retailers, or other channels do not qualify. Eligible spending means the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, gift card purchases, canceled items, and refunded items. Eligible spending is aggregated per entrant across qualifying orders and rounded down to complete $10 increments. No entries are sold separately. Website purchase entries are credited automatically to the entrant associated with the email address used at checkout on corenutritionals.com; entrants should use that same email address on the Gleam entry page. An entrant who checked out with a different email address may email cs@corenutritionals.com with the order number(s) and the email address used in Gleam, received by December 7, 2026, to have those purchases matched. Purchase entries remain subject to the common Entry Limit. Entries attributable to canceled or refunded spending are recalculated before the drawing. A legitimate return does not invalidate unrelated entries or restrict access to the mail-in method.

E. Retail Partner Orders. A participating retail partner is any business that buys Core Nutritionals products directly from Sponsor for resale. Each participating retail partner account receives one entry for each complete $10 of qualifying orders it places directly with Sponsor during the Promotion Period. Qualifying orders means the product subtotal on Sponsor invoices dated within the Promotion Period, after discounts and credits, excluding shipping, taxes, and canceled or returned product. Entries are credited from Sponsor's account records; no receipt is required. Because the prize is awarded to an individual, each retail partner account must designate one individual (an owner or authorized representative who meets the eligibility requirements in Section 2) to hold that account's entries. The designee must register on the Gleam entry page, or confirm the designation by email to cs@corenutritionals.com, by December 7, 2026. One account's entries may not be split across multiple designees. Retail partner entries count toward the designee's 400-entry limit, together with any entries the designee earns by other methods. Retail partners and their designees may also enter by mail under Section 5 without placing any order.

F. Additional Entry Methods and Multipliers. Sponsor reserves the right to add entry methods, bonus entry opportunities, or entry multipliers at any time during the Promotion Period. Any addition will be posted on the entry page before it takes effect, together with its terms, start and end times (ET), and how entries are calculated. Additions apply only from the time they are posted and do not reduce or remove entries already earned. All entries earned through any added method or multiplier remain subject to the 400-entry limit across all methods, carry the same weight as every other entry, and do not change the mail-in method in Section 5, through which the full Entry Limit remains available.

5. Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry. To enter without purchasing, subscribing to marketing, following an account, or creating a Gleam account, legibly print or type your full name, residential mailing address, email address if available, and date of birth on a card or sheet of paper. Include the statement: "Please enter me in the Core Nutritionals Polaris RZR Sweepstakes. I meet the eligibility requirements and agree to the Official Rules." Mail the request in a postage-paid envelope to: Core Nutritionals — Polaris RZR Sweepstakes, 1415 Wilkesboro Hwy, Statesville, NC 28625. Each valid mail-in request earns 10 entries. Each request must be mailed in its own envelope; entrants may submit multiple separately mailed requests, but mail-in entries combined with entries from all other methods may not exceed the Entry Limit. Requests submitted in bulk or by a third party on an entrant's behalf will not be accepted. No purchase receipt, product packaging, handwritten essay, or marketing consent is required. Ordinary mailing costs are the entrant's responsibility; no payment to Sponsor is required. Requests must satisfy the postmark and receipt deadlines in Section 3. An email address is used only for administration unless the entrant separately opts into marketing. If no email address is supplied, Sponsor will use the mailing address for administration and winner notification. Do not mail payment, government identification, or a Social Security number. Additional requests enclosed in the same envelope do not earn additional entries. Sponsor will record all timely valid mail-in requests and combine their credited entries with online and purchase entries before the drawing. Mail-in entrants receive no lesser entry weight, prize eligibility, or winner treatment than other entrants.

6. Entry Integrity and Marketing Consent. Use only one identity to enter. Online entries must pass any verification requirements (such as email confirmation or fraud scoring) applied through Gleam; Sponsor will apply those requirements consistently and will not use them to exclude mail-in entries. Entries using fictitious identities, unauthorized third-party information, bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means, or fraudulent purchase records, may be disqualified based on documented grounds. Multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or accounts may not be used to evade the Entry Limit. Sponsor may request reasonable evidence of identity, residence, age, and action completion. Excess entries will be removed without automatically invalidating otherwise eligible entries. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who, based on documented grounds, tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or the entry page, or otherwise violates these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned that email address by the provider responsible for assigning addresses for the associated domain. Email and SMS marketing subscriptions are optional and require separate affirmative consent. Sweepstakes entry does not itself authorize marketing. Each signup must display the applicable brand-specific consent and privacy disclosures before consent is collected. The SMS signup must include the applicable automated marketing disclosure, message frequency, message and data rate notice, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to messaging terms and privacy policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from email or opt out of SMS without losing entries already validly earned. Standard carrier or internet charges may apply to online participation. Sponsor will not require an entrant to remain subscribed to receive a prize.

7. Prize and Fulfillment. One grand prize is available: one new "Custom" 2026 Polaris RZR Pro XP 4 Sport four-seat side-by-side, color Sand Dune, with accessories. Included accessories: SB4 Beadlock Bronze Wheels; Polymer Roof; Vented Windshield; XL Fender Flares; Off Road Front and Rear Bumper; 32in Light Bar; and Custom Core Nutritionals Decals. Estimated retail value ("ERV"): $31,908.60+. Total ERV of all prizes: $31,908.60+. Actual value at the time of award may differ from the ERV. Promotional images are illustrative; the description in these Rules controls. Prize delivery is not included. The winner must pick up the prize at Core Nutritionals headquarters, 1415 Wilkesboro Hwy, Statesville, NC 28625, or arrange and pay for delivery from that location. Pickup or winner-arranged delivery must be completed within 30 days after Sponsor notifies the winner that the prize is ready. Sponsor will pay the vehicle purchase price, including the stated accessories. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; title, registration, and licensing fees; insurance; and all pickup, shipping, delivery, and transportation costs. No undisclosed claim or processing fee will be charged. The winner is responsible for applicable income taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize's ERV and will request a completed IRS Form W-9 (including taxpayer identification number) through a secure process. Receipt of the prize is conditioned on compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Prize operation must comply with applicable laws and manufacturer safety instructions. To take possession, the winner must present a valid driver's license and proof of insurance and complete any title and registration paperwork required by the winner's state. An off-road vehicle is not represented as approved for public-road use. The prize is not transferable before award and has no cash alternative. If the described prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law. No substitution will reduce the advertised value. Any manufacturer warranty that applies remains subject to its terms; nothing in these Rules limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

8. Drawing and Odds. On or after December 13, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from the complete pool of valid entries. The drawing will occur only after timely mail-in submissions and purchase adjustments are reconciled. Sponsor will use Gleam's random winner selection or another auditable random selection process, provided every valid entry is included once with equal weight. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No entry method receives preferential treatment. No entrant is guaranteed to win.

9. Notification and Verification. The potential winner will be contacted by email, or by mail if no email address was provided, within 3 business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 5 calendar days after the notification email is sent, or within 14 calendar days after a mailed notice is sent by trackable mail, and must return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and IRS Form W-9 within 7 calendar days after receiving them. No purchase or marketing subscription is required to claim the prize. Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information; Sponsor is not responsible for a notice that is not received because of spam, junk-mail, or other security settings, or because the entrant supplied incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If a potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to respond after the stated notice process, Sponsor may select an alternate by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will use the same verification standards for each entry method. Any eligibility declaration or release must be lawful and consistent with these Rules; any publicity release is optional and separate (see Section 11). A winner found, based on documented grounds, to have violated these Rules will be disqualified. The prize will be made available for pickup or winner-arranged delivery within 60 days after verification, subject to the pickup and transportation terms in Section 7.

10. Administration and Disruptions. Sponsor will administer the Sweepstakes fairly under these Rules and applicable law. Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Sponsor is not responsible for: mail or transmissions that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or undelivered for reasons beyond its reasonable control; electronic or human error in processing entries; technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; unavailability or inaccessibility of any telephone or internet service; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; or printing errors. Sponsor will correct documented administrative errors where reasonably practicable and will not knowingly omit eligible entries from the drawing. If a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromises the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may take lawful corrective steps, including suspension or modification only to the extent necessary. Any material change will be posted at the entry page and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Sponsor will preserve fair treatment of valid entries and will not change odds or eligibility retroactively to favor any person or entry method. Any early drawing must include eligible mail-in entries under a fairly announced receipt process.

11. Privacy and Publicity. Information is collected to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize, meet legal obligations, and, only with separate consent, provide marketing. Sponsor's privacy policy is available at https://www.corenutritionals.com/policies/privacy-policy. Online participation is also subject to applicable platform privacy notices. Sponsor may share necessary information with service providers supporting administration and with authorities where required by law. Sponsor will not use a winner's name, image, likeness, voice, or testimonial in advertising without a separate lawful permission, except for a legally required winner disclosure. Declining optional advertising permission does not affect eligibility or prize entitlement. A winner listing may identify the winner by first name, last initial, city, and state, consistent with applicable law.

12. Liability and Platform Relationship. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the platforms used to administer or promote the Sweepstakes from claims arising from their voluntary participation or prize use, except claims arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Rules waives nonwaivable rights or excuses Sponsor from its obligations to conduct the drawing fairly and award the prize. This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Core Nutritionals, LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Polaris, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, X, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Apple, Google, Gleam, or any other social network or platform used to share it. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor, not to those platforms. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Instagram from claims arising from this promotion. Product and platform names identify the prize and entry methods; their use does not establish affiliation.

13. Governing Law and Winner Information. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without displacing mandatory protections in an entrant's jurisdiction. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. To request the winner information or a copy of these Rules, email cs@corenutritionals.com with the subject "Polaris RZR Winner List," or mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Winner List — Core Nutritionals Polaris RZR Sweepstakes, 1415 Wilkesboro Hwy, Statesville, NC 28625. Requests must be received by February 28, 2027 (90 days after the Promotion Period ends). Sponsor will make any required winner disclosures or regulatory filings within the applicable deadlines.

14. Agreement to Rules. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and represents that they meet the eligibility requirements. Sponsor's decisions on matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding, provided they are made consistently with these Rules and applicable law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants confirm that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to these Official Rules.
