Connor is known for his aesthetic physique, disciplined approach, and passion for the sport. After earning his IFBB Pro Card in the Classic Physique division, Connor has quickly built a loyal following through his dedication to helping others in the fitness community through his coaching business.
Originally from a small town in New York, Connor grew up playing lacrosse before transitioning into bodybuilding, where he discovered a true passion for classic aesthetics and symmetry. His science-based approach to training and nutrition has allowed him to continually improve and refine his physique, earning respect both on and off the stage.
With a background in personal training and competitive coaching, Connor runs a thriving coaching business, Pivotal Health & Aesthetics, where he mentors and guides athletes of all levels — from first-time competitors to seasoned pros. His coaching philosophy is rooted in consistency, transparency, and delivering long-term results.
