Processing

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes one business day to process your order. We fulfil all expedited orders shipped via 2-day or overnight service the same day up through 4 pm EST.

We ship Monday through Friday via USPS and FedEx. Besides Standard Shipping, we currently offer multiple services from these two carriers to best suit our customers’ needs. For USPS and FedEx time and cost calculations, please check out our checkout page for accurate information.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are automatically attached to each order and delivered by email once your order has been fulfilled. If you did not receive a tracking order, please email customerservice@corenutritionals.com

 Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

Change your address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at customerservice@corenutritionals.com or Call Us at +1-888-978-2332. Please note we process and dispatch orders within one business day of your order being placed.

Cancellations


If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.

Unexpected Delays

The delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG (and outside of our advised 2-8 business day delivery time frame) to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!

Parcel damaged in transit:

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
