CRUSH IT! CAFÉ: BIRTHDAY CAKE BROWNIES

                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Ingredients

  • 1 T. (14g) coconut oil, melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 30g Fage total 0% Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (130g) White Beans, pureed
  • 3 T. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 T. no calorie sweetener
  • 1 scoop (28g) Core ISO Vanilla Cake
  • 1 packet (32g) Sugar Free, Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding
  • 1/3 cup (40g) Oat flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sprinkles

Directions

Melt coconut oil in microwave safe bowl until melted. Add vanilla extract, sweetener, greek yogurt and pureed beans then mix until smooth. Alternate adding dry ingredients (vanilla cake protein, pudding, oat flour, baking soda and salt) with almond milk and stir to combine. Fold in sprinkles. Grease 9x5 small pan with non-stick cooking spray and bake brownies at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. When cooled, cut into 9 equal squares. Store in fridge.
